Booking & Cancellation Policy
Once you have decided which trip(s) you’d like to do, just email us and we will send details of the deposit amount, and request certain information from you so we can prepare for your trip.
We require a deposit of around 50% payable online by credit card to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day.
If it is more convenient you can make the balance payment online prior to the trip date, but additional fees of 5% of the amount owing are payable to cover fees and administration.
If you’re ready to book and have received an email with the deposit amount, please click on the button below to make your deposit payment via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still complete the transaction by credit card.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you have a confirmed booking for a trip which cannot proceed due to dangerous weather conditions (not just rain or dull skies), we will either change the location and take you somewhere it is safe to go, or else if we know from weather warnings the day before we can offer you another date during your stay if we have availability.
Captain makes the final decision about whether it is possible to depart to any destination. In the case that no destination is possible during the period of your stay, or we do not have availability, we will refund your deposit payment.
If you cancel the trip more than 7 days before the date booked, we will return the full deposit amount.
If you cancel 7 days or less before the date booked, the deposit is not refundable.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the date booked, you will liable to pay the full amount of the trip price.
